Beyoncé shows House Music love

Beyoncé shows House Music love

Its looks like House Music is in the air as another music icon gets inspired by 4/4 beat. Little or no introduce is needed for Beyoncé, because the American singer, performer and actress has been in the music industry since her debut in 1997 as lead singer of the girl group, Destiny Child (one of the best selling girl groups of all time).

“Break My Soul” The first single from her forthcoming album, “Renaissance”

Break My Soul by Beyoncé samples Robin S “Show Me Love” (one of the biggest House Music tracks to be released). Since the release of Break My Soul, the legendary House Music connoisseur has been flooded by record labels, corporations and artists … all looking to work with her.

Beyoncé was born September 4 1981 in Houston, Texas, to Celestine “Tina” Knowles, a hairdresser and salon owner, and Mathew Knowles, a Xerox sales manager. Her younger sister, Solange Knowles, is also a singer and a former backup dancer for Destiny’s Child. Solange and Beyoncé are the first sisters to have both had No. 1 albums.

Beyonce has been nominated more than 70 times for music’s most prestigious award, the Grammy, and has 28 Grammy wins under her belt. She earned her first Grammy in 2001 at 19 years old when she was a part of Destiny’s Child. She also holds the record for most Grammy wins ever by a female artist.

She has also starred in several films, including Dream Girls. She married hip-hop recording artist Jay-Z in 2008 and the couple has three children.
