Originally established as a collaborative project alongside Katlego “Cue-Keys” Majatlad and Toko “Wictox”, Vencer Cafe evolved into Legodi’s individual artistic identity.
Inspired by House Music pioneers such as Louie Vega, Kerri Chandler, Black Coffee, Osunlade and Atjazz, his sound draws from the rich traditions of Deep House and Soulful House, embracing emotion, melody and musical storytelling.
Despite overcoming personal challenges, including dyslexia, Legodi has continued to develop his craft, building a catalogue of original productions and collaborations with artists including Robert Owens, TshegoTMM and SoulBee.
The title alone speaks to affection, vulnerability and the quiet strength found in human connection.
