Saturday nights in July will never be the same again, as Ballantine’s and Madorasindahouse bring to the virtual sphere some amazing DJ sets. The sets will feature four of Mzansi’s phenomenal DJs who will bring with them nothing but enrapturing sounds of house jams.

Starting from this coming Saturday, 04 July 2020, the weekly 2 hour live streams from 10 pm-12 pm will kick-off with Tshwane born dance music and producer, Candy Man.  

On Saturday, 11 July 2020, the reins will be picked up by the JHB-based Gumz; a self-taught producer whose sound effuses a combination of African percussion, electronic synths, and emotive vocals.

To complement the two occasions and adding more joy to the fun, exceptional techno/house DJ, Bongani Zulu, and self-taught DJ, producer and remixer, Cornelius SA will carry the performance stream through from Saturday, 18 July 2020 and Saturday, 25 July 2020, respectively.

Ballantine’s has always been a champion of true music and supporting artists in the industry. The collaboration with Madorasindahouse (a Youtube channel and production team that focuses on African inspired house music) will assist the DJs with getting their music across borders and exposing them to new markets. 

Each of the 2-hour virtual performances will be broadcasted on Ballantine’s Facebook page and will be cross-posted to the Madorasindahouse Facebook and Youtube pages.
