Roger Sanchez is an American House music connoisseur whose DJ career started in the late 80s in New York. He attended Pratt Institute, working towards a degree in architecture, but took his fathers advice to take a break from his studies to devote his full energy to DJing and see if he could make a career of it. The break was a good advice because Roger Sanchez invested blood, sweat and tears into his music which resulted in him gaining more gigs in nightclubs around New York City.

The gigs kept coming for Roger Sanchez and his blood, sweat and tears allowed in to break in European club circuit where he earned DJ residency in Ibiza. His DJ career now spans over two decades and his travelled the world, playing at some of the hottest clubs and music festivals around the world. He has gone on to release 5 studio albums throughout his career.

The legendary DJ has remixed for the likes of Diana Ross, Kylie Minogue, Daft Punk, Madonna, The Police, No Doubt and Maroon 5. His remix for Hella Good by No Doubt earned him his first Grammy Award in 2003. He is also a four timer DJ Award winner and has been nominated twelve times. He has won International Dance Music Award Best Podcast in 2007 and his weekly online Radioshow, Release Yourself, has close to 15 million listeners worldwide.
